How we are organised
A Board of Directors provides strategic oversight; the Executive Director leads the organisation and implements the board’s vision. Programme Managers oversee projects (health, education, gender equality and more), supported by a Fundraising & Development team, Finance & Administration, Field Staff who deliver programmes at grassroots level, and support staff.
Safeguarding
We protect children, women and marginalised groups from abuse and exploitation. Staff and partners are trained on child protection, prevention of sexual harassment and reporting mechanisms, and we hold ourselves to strict ethical standards in every community engagement.
Transparency
We build donor trust through long-term relationships, regular updates on impact, financial reports and monitoring data.
